thats a shame you said you called your ISP and didn't help you out? I would call them up again they are always your best bet mate youv'e done everything right and i hope it gets fixed soon becuase i know myself i can't live without live

Make sure to check your ethernets cord's ends where the pins are. Make sure that one of the pins isn't broken becuase it could really cause connection failure. (it happened to me)

Try to clear your cache on your Xbox. If that doesn't work you go look for a newer firmware on your router. Go and type your router number and go see if there is a newer firmware update. If there is you will connect for sure. This is what happened to me. Good luck and hopefully you can connect back sometime soon.

ok is your router connected up right. also make sure if you have a wireless router make you have the wireless signal is up

You should go to xbox settings.
i think it's either system settings or maybe just network settings. im not sure if network settings is in the system settings... just check.
get into network settings and check your connection.. just a guess not sure if it will work..
