Hey, hold down the power button and the home button for 10 or more seconds
Until your iPod has the apple on the screen. Don't worry, all your stuff will be fine.
Your iPod will restart then try to sync it.
If that doesn't work, sorry idk.

Make sure Apple Mobile Device Support/Service services are started

Type "services" in search to get there

Sorry if it doesn't help
(and also make sure you disconnect/close itunes before you start them =p)

So nothing comes back and im stuck with a white screen freeze.

Called apple and they said sorry dont know what to do
