Heres how:
The best way to die is :
1) You get a thin metalic rod around your head while standing on a chair or something of height
2) You glue your hands to your head with really powerful glue
3) You drop from the chair, so your head will detach from your neck
Once the paramedics get to you they'll think your ripped your head off with your bare hands
