Hey guys, im just going to breifly explain what happened
-Downloaded a program (which later contained a virus/keylogger)
-The hacker could close down any of my programs/ open any of them and also he could open a
chatbox and talk to me!
-he keylogged my passwords to a few games i played and i lost alot of stuff
-I got rid of him by my antivirus software and such
-Now anytime i open most stuff on control panel like eg (ease of access,additional access and sometimes remove a program) and such there is more i encounter the error of: windows explorer has stopped working, Windows explorer is now restarting... At this point the window will close and then nothing else will happen.
I need help with this as the remove a program is very important! i am running on windows vista 32 bit, Also i cannot restore to an early point!
My computer has 2Gb of ram and today is my birthday, I am wondering if there is no way to fix this whats the best idea to do? Btw 2Gb ram is fine for me so dont just say for the specs!
buy a new desktop
buy and Upgrade to windows 7 reinstalling everything

i got a virus on my computer put it wasnt as bad as yours it just erased all my data. But i think that you will be fine you dont need to get anything else but im sorry i did not have your exact situation so i can not help you out sorry

Sounds like you downloaded a trojan virus. basically he had remote control over your pc. The good thing is you deleted the dirty files. he probable corrupted some system file and most likely you will not be able to restore them all. the best thing is save your personal files to ether a usb flash, disk, or external hard drive.(make sure you scan the files you save to be safe) and i would recommend a full system restore(On start up hit F11 and it should walk you through the rest). Hope this helped.
