I kinda mesed up when i upgraded to 12625 the immage was corrupt. I deleted the good nand image instead of the corrupt one. I then tried to use donor nand dumps to flash it to 12625. I have now gor RROD 0003 error code "possibly Power problem could be the PSU could be the GPU/CPU, somehow the console isn't getting clean power from the power supply".
I have been out and got a multimeter, whit i dont realy now how to use. I have tested the mosfet's near the power suply, there are three in total. I found the one closest to the power suply gives no reading but the outher two do. This mosfet has a different code onit than the outher two. I then scanned the coard and found some more mofet's with the same code as the on i could not get a reading of. They all gave the same reading, nothing.
Im realy stuck with this, my falcon was brand new never used when i got it and has been used for 3 months. I have not installed xclamp fix and couldnt now as when the xbox powers on the fans spin for 1 second then stop.

Any help please realy need it!!!!!!

I deleted the nand then wrote xell but it is still the same. NandPro usb: -e16 is this the correct command it seemd to delete realy fast. My error code has now change also to 0001.
When i power cycled after the xell flash i noticed the power brick was red, so i tested on my retail and what you know it got the same error. I got realy exited and tried my working power brick on my jtag but it is the same. I think the power brick has shortend something on my jtag.

The origional psu was a 203W, the next one i tried was the ame and i have tried my friend's 175W. Tried in different part of the house also. I fpond this info on how to fix but i would rather someone else with better electronical skills and better tools for the job than me to fix.
