So i found this great website and youtube on how to not get caught from the cops and using the fourth amendment and "flexing your rights." The following include events such as cops asking to search your car, search your house, if you get caught with something illegal and they did an illegal search what can you do, you dont have to answer questions they ask, plain view rule and more.
*Note, i have never seen this post before and this is only for united states.

Here are some videos:

Will police go easy on me if i confess:
Text:Answer quick and easy, no police will not go easy one you, they are there to arrest and convict not to be your friend.

Video:

When are police allowed to search my car?:
Text: When a cop asks you to exit your car, you have to exit your car. When you do exit your car CLOSE THE DOOR! they will then ask if they are able to search your car firmly answer no i dont consent in the search, or no i dont want you to search my car. Be firm dont just say no. There are cases when they are able to look into your car thoes will be when you get pulled over for a traffic violation. To legally search your car they need to have probable idea, not a hunch.

Video Part 1:

Video Part 2:

Are police allowed to lie to me?
Text: Removing all the bullshit layers yes they are allowed to lie to you. They are not there to be your friend they are trying to arrest and convict you, ask for a lawyer first.

Video:

What if i refuse but police search me anyway?
Text: If they find something illegal and you did not want them to search, your lawyer can file a motion to supress. This means that the court will terminate all evidence and you will be free to go

Video:

Are police allowed to enter my house during a party?
Text: They will knock before asking and they will ask if they can have a look inside if you say YES then they are allowed to look into your house. They aren't allowed to do a thorough search but anything in plain view they will use against you.

Video:

How do i keep police from entering my home?
Text: When the police knock look through the peep-hole. Then open the door walk outside and make sure you close it. They will ask if they can have a look inside, say " i understand you are doing your jobs, but i have this under controll. You will need a search warrent to enter the house."

Video:

What are my rights on security gaurds?:
Text: A security gaurd has all rights to search you IF you are attending a event, if in the event and asked tell the security gaurd you dont comply and leave the area as soon as possible they dont have the right to detain you.

Video:

Getting tricked or Intimidated by police:

Text: IF you give consent to the officer, it is a legal search, and cops arent required to ask you if they can search your car. If they ask that usualy means they dont have enough evidence.

Video:

When are police allowed to frisk me?
Text: they need a basis to justify a frisk. You will only be searched on the outside of your clothing and they are searching for knifes, guns or anything that can cause harm.

Video:

What happens if i run from the cops?
Text: Straight up, dont run. If you are in a high crime neighbor hood, they have the right to detain you, people have even been shot at for running. Dont **** run.

only problem to a lot of these things is this loop hole called probable cause which can be easily made up and not even legit....

For instance

How do i keep police from entering my home?
Text: When the police knock look through the peep-hole. Then open the door walk outside and make sure you close it. They will ask if they can have a look inside, say " i understand you are doing your jobs, but i have this under controll. You will need a search warrent to enter the house."

Well if the cop suspects under age drinking or "smells" marijuana then something illegal has taken place and he then has probable cause to search your crap....

Also, this thread basically just states that you should act like an asshole to cops an not comply with anything. Doing that just eliminated any chance of you getting a warning. If you act like an ass then they will right back at you and ticket/arrest you. That being said I completely disagree with 90% of everything this thread says....

And yeah both of my parents are in law enforcement and whenever I see/talk to them they would usually just give warnings on traffic violations unless the person acte like all these videos say todo. Then they would give them a ticket...
