what is a crash dump. i keep getting them every now and then it say bad_pool something like that. :S also my all programs dont show when i goto start. iv try to reg fix it but no that dont work. thanks for any help

A "crash dump" is a place where your computer "dumps" some of your system files if your computer crashes. Files such as work that you were doing when it crashed and possibly other corrupted files. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "my programs don't show". I could help you better if you insert a ppicture
