Yeah It's about 1GB of files I'd suggest using Jdownloader so you can download them while your afk

You need 2 controllers, sign into modded account play local custom game on dlc map, during the game sign out of the modded profile; this should end the game. Play on the map once more on your main account and you'll have the maps on your profile until you dashboard / shutdown... Only bad thing is each time you play reach you need to repeat the process.

Step 1. Sign in modded account one one controller
Step 2. Play Halo reach
Step 3. Sign into account you want maps on
Step 4. Play a DLC Map
Step 5. Sign out of Modded Profile
Step 6. Start game on the account you don't have maps on on the same map
Step 7. Enjoy the Maps!
