Restore through itunes or home and sleep reset?

Is there any chance I am doing something wrong when trying to jailbreak? I am following the 3-10-15 instructions but around 9 seconds to go it starts loading up the cracks, then says awaiting reboot, ...

I tried both as and not as admin on both my desktop and laptop pcs but to no avail :-(
