I recommend plugging your controller in via usb cable and going to the system settings and updating the controllers firmware.

my friends and i all have chat adapters and we cant use them cause out xbox's dont recognize and turn them on

I can also confirm to you a 7770 can't run BF4 on ultra @ 60FPS. It couldn't even run BF3 maxed out. There is no bottleneck in your machine the card just can't do that.
