You'll be paying a hella lot more for shipping and import taxes. Oh and the keyboard would come with US layout keys instead of UK ones like the @ symbol will be where 2 is.

You can purchase stuff off amazon.com just fine. The shipping would be a lot more, but it's still cheaper than the .uk version.
