It says that I have 8.8 hardware reserved.
I've tried many solutions like the msconfig and changing slots. I even cleaned out the slots.

Any ideos on what might help?

i think i can help, just go to your documents and delte the h1z1 and make sure everythings delted. when you uninstall, got to steam apps and delete the folder manually
and boom, you should be good
