I dont know how to get a Picture from my iPod Touch onto a Post

Anyone have an idea on how I can get a Pic from my photos on my iPod to a Post on TTG?

Take a screenshot, sync it with Itunes, take it from Itunes save it to the computer, then upload it to Photobucket and post it Its easier than you think XD
