you know what guys i say screw if mw2 gets ruined b/c of me so be it i dont care. just please dont flame me.
ok guys first thing you need is a default_mp.xex that has all checks removed and makes it where you can system link.

2. now onto the modding part. Where do you put the mods?
Patch_mp.ff? Nope.
3. what you have to do is make sure your patch_mp.ff is modded first. once you do that the game will launch it with common_mp.ff with no mods.
4.Well lets f*** with IW and put the mods into common_mp.ff as well. NO SHITTT!!!
5.get a clean tu7 patch_mp.ff and add your mods to that
6.Then open common_mp.ff and go to missions.gsc and post your clean missions.gsc tu7 patch here. and voila you have just modded your MW2 again. as far as the binds you can use the new binds method.
The only problem i have had so far is the game crashed after 5 mins i fixed that due to missing a couple brackets. now its been on 45 mins still not crashed the infections carry to private but once match ends it looses infections still working onthis part
