Retail and Jtag on Same Network

Alright So I recently Bridged Connections between my Jtag and My PC because I didn't want to move my Retail and My Jtag Downstairs just to do system link things.
I make a System Link Lobby on my Jtag, and then I turn on my Retail go to System link, Join Game, and my Jtag Shows up So I hit A and try to connect. It says "Awaiting connection...1...2...3...4... Error unable to connect to host"
My retail has all its ports forwarded and what not, and my Jtag is on the network. So why can't I connect to my Jtag's Lobby?
