anyone willing to let a noob like me get a License Transfer i would be happy.
just for anyone worry who is thinking about letting me do this i will be willing to give you my account login and pass so they are able to feel secure.

I would recommend license transferring off your friends' account.
Its not exactly safe to use other peoples accounts, baring in mind you don't know them.
