The rumor i hear is that u cannot mod 15th on Black Ops with **USB Flash**, and mod the GPD, now if this is true plz tell me. And also if there is ANYWAY to mod/hack/glich 15th on Black Ops with OUT JTAG please do so and tell me...

you can only use gpds offline and so fare there is no way
