I have tryed booting up you v3 .XeX with TU2 and without, and still no luck any help please

You have installed the TU2 wrong on your jtag reinstall it make sure you replace the fastfiles that are givin in the tu2

don't think that will work, try selecting array as a map or delete and replace your copy of BO on xex menu, I had the same issue with certain maps. not sure why?
