im having the same issue i think the bind has been patched

If ur doing it online Im pretty sure it wont work at all.. but if its offline you need to go to ur dashboard, then system setting memory press Y, delete system cache, keep ur internet off and it will work for you

i have done this a couple of times, but it still hasnt worked
when do i do this?
like after i upload the modded gpd or before i take my profile out of the console??

What I do is go to dashboard and delete updates then move my account over to my usb then once its modded just sign in and start black ops up

Ya delete your cache and you should be good for offline mods 8)

delete system cache of your hd and your memory stick just in case
