my xbox account has parental controlls on and i want to change it so it doesnt but cant remember the password for the hotmail account or the secondary email is there a way i can either mod my acount so that it turns parental controlls off or get thepassword for the email address as i think it may of been hacked person who helps me resove this will be repped

just get dashboard update and it says family settings under my xbox

yup but you cant turn them off without the password for the parental controll account
