I thought it started on May 1st at 4am but now people are telling me it begins tomorrow? Anyone know?

Season ends tomorrow some time, then I am not 100% sure, but I think that s4 starts a day after s3 ends. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that they did that when they transitioned to s3 from s2
