So im finally updating from my Radeon R7 200 series (that thing has finally started to putter out with the newest games) and i need help finding a new gpu. Currently I have a AMD fx 9590 and a 850 psu.

What would be my range that i could get for a new GPU? at max i want to spend $350-$400

You probably dont wanna upgrade right now. the market for gpus is so bad. I would recommend a 1070 for you because normally they are like 399 but now they are like 1000 dollars so if you can you should hold out.
