This may be the wrong thread, but I was booted offline by some kid on bo2, while playing 360, what do I do to get back online? And how do I know if my Ip is dynamic or static?

To check if your ip is static or dynamic go check your ip online just search up what's my ip and to get back online just reset your wifi. I would suggest you use a vpn, because it is easy for a modder to get your ip due to new modding tools that have ips with gamertags.

I would go to whatismyipaddress(.)com to find out if static or dynamic. If your IP is dynamic, then reboot your modem for new IP address and you can play online again (I would appear offline so they cannot join your sessions). If static it won't change with modem reboot, you'll need to contact your ISP to change it. When you call them just indicate you're being DDoS and need a new IP address.

You could just wait it out, appear offline, reboot your modem, they usually stop after 5-15 minutes.
