I've tried testing connection and there is no error there but when I try to join an Xbox live party I can't connect and I have have tried joining several different parties of which their is completely different people. Any ideas? I've tried xbox.com but nothing helps

If you are joining from their profile, that has always been a problem, I have the same issue as well. Can you join parties through and invite?

Yes I can join through an invite but I never usually had this problem
