this morning I did some port forwarding on my router for the Xbox ports, when I powered on my RGH it connected to ninja but not Xbl. I unplugged my router and Xbox for 30 mins and tried again, same issue.
So I went to Ninja's website chat/support however it's giving me an error, internal on ninjas end my browser says. So I'm curious if the issue I'm having is related to the port forwarding or if Ninja is down?
Also a side question, are their specific ports I need to open for Ninja too?

No specific ports are needed for Ninja.
"Is Ninja Down?" - Their currently receiving some Un-Wanted traffic. So your going to need to just wait patiently for this to all Subside... Some users won't have any problems connecting however some users will not be able to connect..
Issues should subside within 20 Minutes to 1 Hour.
