I'm trying to expand the things I can do and I figured doing things like this would be a wonderful way to try and boost some creativity.

Here are some of the questions I'm wondering,

What program would be the easiest to do this one?

How long would something like this take?

If I did this in photoshop would kind of process would I use? Maybe something like stop motion, I'm honestly clueless

I am not aware of the artist and I take no credit for this work

You could easily create it in Photoshop bro. It would consist of the GIF Settings and using the tools in the program for it. You would be using a ton of layers and it would take a while even if you illustrated it. My best guess is it would take a minimum of 4hrs because it's really tedious work

For something like that? I would start out small. Practice making really simple GIFs in Photoshop. How I learned was literally taking about 30 screenshots of a youtube video at different frames. When on Youtube, you can hit the left or right arrow key to move one frame at a time. So I did that and got a ton of screenshots then put them together in the right order. When I got fast at it, I moved to things by hand.

Try doing other things like making a signature disappear and reappear, a moving stick figure, etc. When you feel confident, tackle bigger and bigger projects till you come out with something like that. Photoshop is all about taking it step by step. The Pen Tool is a phenomenal example. It takes hours on hours to master the Pen Tool 100%

Hope I helped bro

Bruh, that would take way longer than 4 hours. You use it via the timeline in Photoshop but that's not the only thing you do.
