I am thinking of hosting again

I am waiting for a power brick for my RGH Trinity it will hopefully be here by Friday

am I aloud to give someone a free recovery on any game to record proof?

I believe recoveries aren't allowed unless you have a verified sticky on your topic. I'd look into that first.

You wouldn't be allowed to do recoveries without a sticky, as said above.

The only proof you'll need is latest dash and your TTG name and you're all set to go. Game proof just supports you if people want proof
