Ok so i have a 8 sec video that has a small tv in it now my question is can i or how can i add another video to the tv thats in the original video playing like crop it down to the tv size or even maybe just add a picture to the tv if its easier. i have basic movie maker but doesnt give me an option. (This is all non Youtube)
