So I just got an Elgato and Im trying to set it up and I just plugged in the USB it says installing driver... then it says "device driver software was not successfully installed" I've tried dis-installing the driver re installing disabling and re-enabling it and still not successful anyone know a solution I wont be able to record unless this driver gets installed to my computer I have windows 7 ultimate by the way

Probably a dumb question but have you tried getting the driver off of their website? And which Elgato is it? I had this problem with HD60 and this solved it.
