I need major criticism for this "logo".

I really need a professional to look at this.
I'm trying to learn how to make a company logo.
Of course this is a free logo I made because I am most definitely not ready for selling my graphics.

It doesn't realisticly represent headphones. The speakers should be on the inside, not outside.

Other than that, the outside bits (Think it represents audio) look out of place. Also, the middle of the M shape is off. As well as there being white lines on the bits circled in the screenshot. (Probably from where you pentooled the shapes.)

I think it could do with out the sound waves and the M looks a bit bulky imo.
