Hi, I was using my seagate 2 tb backup plus in my xbox one the other day and all of a sudden my power went out and force shutdown my xbox. The power went back up, xbox came on, and then the external harddrive no longer worked. The harddrive vibrates as if it is running, but the light that is supposed to glow, isn't glowing.
On the PC, it installs the drivers for the device, but nothing detects it as a storage device. I've tried disk management and device manager like 20 different methods found online and none of them are working.
Please help if you know a fix! It means a lot to me!

sounds like the power outage made it corrupt, hopefully you bought the warranty when you bought this
