Hi, I've been having a problem that is causing my mic to make a buzzing noise because i have a wired controller and don't know how to fix it, also, could anyone please tell me how to lower my own voice volume (so people don't hear me as loud).

What type of controller do you have? Standard controller + stereo headset adapter or the Elite controller? Are you using the mic that came with the Xbox or your own?
I think sometimes you might get a buzzing sound if you have like the plug and play cord connected to the controller rather then using batteries.
If using the mic that came with the Xbox there is no way to adjust what your asking, just move the mic further away from your mouth.
If using your own headset with a mix amp you might be able to.
