Just put more time into your work, make some thumbnails, write a real description, use better tags. You can't just slap recordings together and call it "edited"

Spend more time on your videos, make it more interesting. Make it when so people look at the thumbnail they will click on it. When they actually look at it, make the edit interesting for you will build a fanbase.
