I've been thinking about getting a new case for awhile and couple other things the only thing is, is that i'm not quite sure if the case I'm looking at will hold everything I've got now.

This is what I've got now along with this case:

So my question is, is the case compatible with everything I've got?

Really when picking out cases you need to focus on the motherboard size. You're motherboard is a full ATX board, so unfortunately it will not fit into a MicroATX case. Look for full ATX cases, most all of those will fit a full sized graphics card aswell.

The case he currently has is mATX. His motherboard is also mATX. The case he is looking at getting is a full sized ATX case that supports mATX motherboards so yes, the case is compatible.
