So I accidentally downloaded this "Urgent Chrome" update that after some research sounds like some sort of virus and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to make sure I can get this thing completely removed from my computer. I deleted the file from my downloads immediately after, did not even open it but I am sure that is not enough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
