I currently have Turtle Beach x'12s and have been looking at the Astro A40's+ Mix amp and the Turtle Beach Elite Pro. If anybody has either of these and can tell me which is better it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would go with the a40's. I had mine for almost 2 years now and it was the best thing i have bought. You can hook the mixamp up to your PC and console and listen to music while your playing. Obvioulsy you can do that without a headset but the music come through the astros

i have the astro a 40's rn with the mix amp and as long as you have a chat adaptor with the mix amp then then a40's are the best

You shouldn't get either. A40s are far from the "best". There are definitely better options. No one can give you any proper advice without a budget and currency.

get the turtle beaches, astros are overpriced and tbh so are turtle beaches.
