When it reaches 100% please get a screenshot of the processes tab filtered by CPU.
Post that here and it will be indicative of what process is using the CPU.

Try lowering the graphics settings, render distance, things like that for your PC to help process all the information. May have to give up quality but at least you get functionality.

H1Z1 is fully utilising your CPU. I'm pretty sure H1Z1 is poorly optimised, so your CPU is likely your bottleneck in this game. Your CPU hitting 100% load isn't an issue, unless it's thermal throttling.

I suggest Lowering graphics settings, render settings whatever they are, set the priority to Low on task manager if that still doesnt work, then upgrade your CPU bro
