I found out today my nephew was getting bullied, hes only 11 and he was getting bullied for his password for his ps4 account, the kid activated my nephew account as primary and I have no idea what to do, he used to go to my nefu school but not any more, I have pictures of text messages, him harassing my nephew for the password, I called Sony they said to change my password and email I did that but he still has it activated, they said they will start a investigation, but who knows how long that will take, any ideas? Tips? , hes doing this cause he's autistic he knows his condition, my nephew stays to him self cause it's hard to make friends, so that kid would say Im not gonna be your friend if he didn't get what he wanted , this isn't rite anyone has any advice?

If you change the pass and reset everything. Don't think it will be his primary anymore.
if you disable and enable it as your nephew's primary then it will stop the "bully" having it and they would only be able to regain access if they know your changed password.
That kid sounds like an idiot for what he's doing to your neph. I'm sorry to here mate, best thing to do is to block him honestly. It will get resolved.

First of all, this is horrible.
Secondly, Change the password and email address. Then in your settings I'm sure there's a setting to do with the primary console just look for it and sort it out from there
Finally, If you really wanna sort it out, go to your local police department. Will teach the kid a lesson

Bro if hes from around you go to local police station. They take harassment VERY serious anywhere.

then second go to account or whatever theres a thing that says deactivate primary account click that and the account will be deactivated after that change the password. and report the harassment to the cops they will fine the kids parents but idk if they will do it for online harassment, once the password is changed and account is deactivated on all consoles then set the account as primary on the main ps4 so it cant be activated as home on another one
