I just entered a code for the Coca Cola kit, I redeemed it etc and it said I now own it but when I loaded up Fifa it wasn't there. Can someone help please will rep

Go to Fifa 17
-> Press start
-> Manage game
-> Ready to install
-> It should be there
-> Install
-> Restart Fifa
-> Be happy
-> Press start
