I do not know how you do this and have the patience.
I've been stuck at 600 for 6 years... I start to comment and get burnt out. I read articles but can't really reply to all in details.
It does now count towards post count but that I believe was to get more people involved in the content and leaving a reply. There are some people that post great replies... Sometimes my feedback is only a sentence but that's what I feel it is worthy of

They just comment anything to get there post count up I say most of the comments are just people complaining.

You should have seen the news comments 2, almost 3 years ago. There were quite a few people posting one or two worded replies, go and quote multiple people's replies with less than 6 word replies and sometimes have "quoting buddies" who would fill up 1 or 2 pages of them quoting each other with shit spam. I believe this was around E3 and staff had a lot of work with cleaning those up, I kinda felt bad for them lol
