Not to my knowledge. All websites I've seen charge for it to be unlocked though you don't want to give out your IMEI number to just anyone. Always safest to go through your provider/carrier, who knows depending where you live in the world they might be able to do it free.

I would agree with FibreOP, The best way is to go through the carrier to unlock it. Most carriers will unlock them for free.
