Is this your current? You have a 980ti with a 1080p monitor (more than likely). If built recently, Skylake would've been a much wiser choice.

0/10 since it's a pre-built with a shitty case. More than likely has a terrible quality PSU. 32GB RAM is pretty pointless since 16GB is more than enough for the vast majority of tasks. GTX 980Ti makes no sense now, GTX 1070 would be a better option. i7-4790 is stupid since it's a Xeon E3-1231 V3 with an iGPU but a huge premium in cost. Haswell makes no sense now anyway, Skylake would be much more logical.

Budget kb+mouse with an i7 and 980Ti makes no sense to me. Monitor might suck, but can't tell since "22" AOC" means nothing. Also, no specifics on SSD and HDD, I imagine that's a V300 SSD? Since pre-builts tend to use the worst quality components they can find for some reason, and the V300 is a terrible SSD.
