Text doesn't look very good. I hate using Inner Shadow when it comes to text.

Nothing goes together, you have a space background and then you have cyan text. For the banner, the background and the text don't fit together. Sorry to be so harsh, but probably 1/10

I like the background, the color blue. The text textures itself doesn't match the background. The inner color needs to go.
