You can't wipe the phone without removing the jailbreak. Just use iTunes and wipe the device and then re-jailbreak afterwards.

Use cydia download impactor and use it

Well sounds like he wants to sell it with it jailbroken. No jailbreak for the current iOS so restoring would be a waste without a new jailbreak.
