Every new guy and every member that comes to the SB doesn't get ignored. Everyone says hi. We all encourage members to join in or start discussions. Sometimes members are not looking at the shoutbox so they might miss you.

Wow wow let me stop you there, I've been to the SB multiple times and tried to join the convo, instantly ignored I've seen this happen to other member (especially if you're not gold) basically people think they're better on a bloody gaming website that will probably die out in a few years and then nothing will matter

IDK which SB you're in. Every non-gold member I tend to see gets gifted in the SB. prodigy is good at that ;)

Well obviously you're not in the SB 24/7 and won't always be in the same times as me but I rarely go in there now as it's just full of stuck up little boys who think because either they've got a little badge and they gifted people gold or won a prize or a contest they think they're better, you might say there not but they are and that's my opinion.

Everyone that I have met in the SB happen to be more mature than you think. We all are great friends and practically a family. Chime in on a conversation in there. No one here is rude or staff will take care of it.

And no I'm not arguing, maybe you should learn the definition, I'm stating my opinion first to him, if I were going to have an argument I would be writing a lot more and throwing in some evidence from the SB

This kind of attitude you're showing right now is exactly a reason why. I can tell you now that not one single guy in the SB acts "bigger" because of their rank. Everyone clearly sees it as more pixels on your profile. Sure they have the rank but it does state that if you do acquire the badge, you are expected to maintain your manners, and act professionally.

He's pointing out words that you said. It's not being a dick. He is stating his own opinion also. He doesn't agree with you bud.

Listen, we aren't dicks. We aren't the little boys who have badges. Badges mean NOTHING. Sure it might be cool to have but at the end of the day, it means nothing. Treat people how you want to be treated. I am just trying to tell you what really goes on. We are friends, and we have been for a long time. It's pretty much a family because we are here EVERYDAY. Always have new thing to talk about. Always playing Xbox/PS/PC with each other. Having a great time.

I feel as a member that most members are polite and say 'Hows things' etc.. most members I find are stuck up, think about themselves and don't care < I find that with members way higher than other members. I find it's not all about the badges.



As Greg has said, Badges, Rep, what rank you're standing at, what date you've joined. It doesn't matter. If a member thinks they'r better than someone that's sad and disrespectful. EVERYONE should respect each other and not only that a member should treat a member all the same no matter how high you're on the ladder.

Everyone is the SB is respectful, caring and they say hello to everyone. I was a new member at one point I said 'Hello' in the SB one time no one said hello. I felt wanted in there and wanted on the site. You've to build your own relationship by yourself, it does take its time but you've to hang tight. Not a lot of people say 'Hello' to me ONLY if I say 'Hello' first you know? I know how WOULD be my real friends and not jerks that I don't trust. It's a game when you join any sort on online community site. You've to build a relationship to get to know them to be friends.

I hate how every one is saying they are respectful in the SB to everyone. I can point out tons of things throughout a day that are rude.

OP: No one is higher over any body just cause of something they have. Be a little more confident in yourself my man.

Post count, badges, rep, join date, etc are all pointless "achievements."
If someone is acting like they matter just take it for what it is and accept how sad that person's life must actually be for some pixels on a forum to impact them like that.

There's going to be petty children everywhere, just don't let them bug you.

you may have gotten one guy that ignored you but not because he has a big ego because of badges maybe he didnt wanna talk to you in general, some people are picky and doesnt determine if they are egotistical if they have badges or not, some people (poular or not) like to talk to only certain people and thats completely fine

I have never seen anyone on here ignore someone because of badges or rep.. this is one of the best communities I have seen in a long time.

Left this forums a while back because of this.

Not all members are like this mate. i will admit you come across some members that do think they are above you. but honestly. not all of them are bad!
