It's the summer here in NY and I got absolutely no air flow in my room so the temperature in here stays steadily high. I only have the fans the case came with and I don't know if these temperatures are too high or normal.

Please just tell me if anything is out of the ordinary or of concern. If I'm missing something, let me know.

Those temps are fine to be honest. Just out of curiosity, are those idle temps, or under load?

Either way, CPU's now days are designed to go up to around 90C especially AMD chips. Your other temps are fine too.
