BIOS: XMP Enabled (Tested with disabled, both at 1333Mhz at no difference). (UPDATE AFTER INITIAL POST: Now running at XMP 1866 (933) because that is what I was running at before when it was working properly).
Another strange thing. After checking with CPU-Z, my memory is running single channel. I have looked at CPU-Z before (when it was working properly), it stated dual channel at 933 (Because it's dual channel, it runs at half speed. This is irrelevant to the issue). UPDATE: I fixed it myself. Removed RAM, switched slots, worked, switched back, still works.
No, I do not know how it worked.
I shall continue my way of not asking questions.

i had this problem, mine was a stupid mistake tho, make sure your ram sticks are both clicked into your board properly

Even if he has a memory module that is out slightly he should have 4.0GB not 3.95GB
Go into the BIOS and look for memory remap and turn it on.
