What was the worst Accident/Injury you've experienced and how did it happen?
Fractured my left arm twice and had a head injury.
I was bmxing slipped off my bmx smashed my head of the concrete then nearly hit by a car.
I was in a horrible car crash.

Glad to see your still alive and kicking!
Mine really isn't that bad but I was in shop, a class at school, and we were working on our electrical projects, and we sometimes horseplay and I went to dunk on my friend, and on my way down a metal box sliced my stomach open, had to get stitches.

I was climbing on top of this old abandoned church and I accidentally fell off & broke my legs, and a few ribs. It was painful.

I always try and use good form at the gym and so I haven't had any proper sports injuries yet.
Worst injury was when I broke two of my fingers when I was sparring in Tae-Kwon-Do. We didn't use gloves and the kid's punch bent two of my fingers back and they snapped. It was pretty painful

I was in a car accident in 2009. Herniated 4 discs in my back and the airbag broke my wrist really bad and my thumb. As well I use to skateboard hardcore when I was younger so the usual ankle issues, torn acl and fractured radial head in my elbow

I've fractured my wrist and my ankle, both incidents had me out of soccer for more than 6 weeks
