You're just an idiot. Think about the odds of getting it. How many other things can you get in the black market? A LOT. Getting a certain weapon you want is like winning the lottery. So yes. They're ripping off the stupid people. I would never spend money to "win" a weapon. Big waste of money. Sorry to come off hostile man but you should really think before you waste your money and by the way it's spelled ACTIVISION not ACTVISION. Another by the way... Activision didn't make Black Ops 3, Treyarch did.

It's stupid to say something like this. You're paying for it, there is zero guarantee that you'll get something. That's like saying EA is a rip off, because of their ultimate team game modes where you buy packs with either real money or coins. You can't blame the company because you didn't get anything. It's all RNG

Activision are the publishers who tell the game makers what they want to be dlc etc, when black ops 3 first came out treyarch said there will only be cosmetics in the supply drops but Activision wasn't getting enough money so they wanted to add the weapons also, they done the same with destiny and made bungie add half the campaign in a £40 dlc which was then only playable if you had the 2 previous dlcs

Obviously the rate of pulling these new weapons etc is crazy low.

They are not forcing you to buy COD points.
