I'm making this clan to gather people from everywhere
because we have all been in a game where the group of 4 assholes gang up on just one or two people
this team will be for the people who have people to play with and for people who want to level up and have the best gear

Well you do know that it's hard to make a clan when there is a level system in the Dark Zone, so certain levels can't play your Dark Zone. Your best bet would to find people your level.
Easy way to do this is just to go around the Dark Zone and meeting with new players who would be eager to join you.

You can go up in the DZ brackets. Just not down. It would work bud.
